Granby Idiot Inbred Tards of Geezers, Chomos, and Crackheads were promised that they wouldn’t have to pay until the water & sewer scam was finished, but that was a lie all along designed to get the Granby Inbred Tards to vote for massive indebtedness. Now they get to pay for just the already drafted scheme for the initial payment of $536,000 the fucking Granby Inbred tards council-criminals need as get-away money to r.u.n.n.t-o.f.f.t.

The bonds will be used to cover a interest-free loan from the state Department of Natural Resources for the work, . . .

It will fix up to half the water lines so that Granby Inbred Tards can slurp from the new straw from the polluted aquifer fresh sewaege and sulphur water when simply distributing bottled water would be a lot cheaper– and healthier.

This in addition to the $3.2 million that them fucking idiots voted to build anpther stormwater sewer lagoon. After that vote, lying bitch Mayor Jamie Conway announced that both the water upgrades and the federally mandated improvements at Granbys sewer plant could be covered for that amount. She is delusional and full of shit, especially when thieving.

Work on the additional unnecessary storm-water sewer lagoon and plant is expected to be complete by years’ end. But the paying off on the $15-20 million debt ends never.

Ed McLiney, the city’s Kansas City-based underwriter, told the idiot thieving aldermamzers that the design loan will likely be rolled into a larger bond issue when the city starts construction on the water project. $11 + 3.2 million = 14.2 million. Then cums the usury. . .

JANICS (Jasper and Newton Internet Connectivity Service) was the first effort by the State of Missouri to bring about Internet connectivity back in 1995 to five state areas. Initially it was run out of the Computerland in Joplin store with 30 modems bolted to a closet door with a fan blowing on them to keep them cool but regrettably the Granby Telephone Company got a piece of that action and sure enough they used it to bully its customers. I got around Granby Telephone Company by setting up an Internet account in Monett, and various efforts to get Internet. At the same time there were no fewer than three Internet outlets in Neosho offering a better product than Granby Telephone Company. Myself and Roxie simply bought a cell phone plan from US Cellular.

When Granby was putting in fiber optics cable around Reindeer Road they allowed me to keep up Roxie’s land line but refused to sell me Internet service via they’s new fiber optic cable. I informed them that this happened 20 years ago and that I’d learned to not use the free email to avoid stalkers and thus cumplaints to them. It did not matter. Granby Telephone Company would refuse to let me connected to theys’ new fiber-optic lines even though my neighbors are connected.

My point is that no public dollars should be wasted for BroadBand Connectivity on Granby Telephone Company. My friends with much the same politics have broadband with leru and my sister has Barry County Electric. These companies are not petty and vicious and vengeful and take running a public utility seriously.

Pretty much the Department Heads of the Fire Department Joe Guinn and Fire Chief Tim Murphy get $38,000 salary per year while the Region 8 Waste Management cuts Joe Guinn’s salary by half and East Newton fire District does the same. The search for juggling funds to make up for other governmental units cutting their budgets. Cumming to no coonsensus the budget process was tabled until the Granby committee members can work with the Region 8 and East Newton Committees paying more than half the salaries while fuel and everything prices soar.

As expected the New Granby City Council got rid of the drunken stupid lout who used to be Mayor, then appointed to the TIF Bored by Crooked Ira Hawkins, then unlawfully hired for a job by Mayor Hawkins, namely Travis Rampage Gamble.

Now a few other corrupt imbeciles are sticking up for Travis Rampage Gamble whose sole reason for getting elected was being related to the other Granby Inbreds, but even a number of them got tired of his alcohol fueled rage and stupidity and the fact that under both his and Crooked Ira Hawkins’ [mal]administrations that the infrastructure has decayed to the point of collapse and that the monies raised through taxation have gone to graft especially the water system which was in dire straits upon the 2013-14 Water Study which recommended spending $1 million (750,000 on Well #3 water tower to keep the sulphur water segregated as opposed to blended in water tower at well #2, and $220,000 on fixing the water pipe leaks). However in order to get “free grant money” the water rates would have to be raised 229% so they shelved the water survey and raised rates by 100% and spent $30,000 on a smoker and $5000 on a video camera they never used.)

They went a graft too far with the $3.2 million storm-water sewer system. Now they intend to go with a $10-15 million new water system to pump polluted sulphur & sewage from a 1290 foot aquifwr in new pipes — which the current employees Jim Channel and Victor Coggins have no intention of repairing.

And T-Rampage Gamble if he built anything built the Granby Piglice State. They passed Ordinance #815 for arresting myself as a Bill of Attainder and pursued it twice when protesting the Styron Eyesore being fobbed off as a “new police station” and for passing new ordinances regarding small buildings after they let Joyce Mann violate the trailer ordinance. Even when they “won” with corrupt Judge Curless assessing myself the maximum $500 fine and 30 days in jail twice, this Ordinance was negated by asking for a trial de novo before a real court of record and a jury. As it was, the “trial” lasted 2 hours and 35 minutes and coonsisted of Curless threatening myself with Coontempt of Kort 20-some times, with T-Rampage brought to tears, and only the far more evil baal-priest Crooked Ira Hawkins secure in his allegiance to Satanic government. The other three council-criminals like Senial Heifer Joyce Mann, Ashley “Giving the Bou Scouts theys merit badges in Sodomy & Civic Corruption” Edgmon, and Bill-the-Buttlicker Barret didn’t show up to defend Ordinance #815 even though subpoenaed by myself to testilie and thus in Coontempt of they’s own cash-register municipal kort.

And I shall mention these criminals inciting Fattt Lawna Price and Carra Jo Coffer to swear out a fraudulent and prejurous “Domestic Stalking Protection Order” under RSMo Chapter 456 for demanding public documents and which GRIDS-Grindr Greggy Stremel and that Beast of the Field Jungle Judge Kevin Lee Selby acted upon totally without lawful jurisdiction as “Domestic Protection Orders” concern battered wives & domestic partners and this was merely because Granby wanted to cover up its corruption. For two years I did my best to cost the City of Granby $15 in dispatch fees on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays going down to City Hall and got arrested a half-dozen times and threatened with false arrest thousands of times for something the Newton County Prosecuting Attorney refused to enfarce. I did get Josh Hawley and Eric Schmidt as Attorney Generals to appear for these crooked judges Stremel, Selby and Curless in my three Sunshaine Act Enforcement Actions. Which goes to show that these crooked lawyer clowns shouldn’t be allowed to be Attorney General much less US Senatards.

Travis Rampage Gamble is what is the inevitable result of having a incredibly stupid arrogant petty tyrant gaining an iota of power. His nearly two terms as mayor showed what happens when a stupid drunken asshole becums mayor. The result was that Granby infrastructure which was ailing to begin with really started falling apart because neither Jim Channel nor most of the rest of the outside employees want or are able to do their jobs. T-Rampage forced Kevin Johnson as fire chief to quit, forced out Sharon Stephenson as city collecter, got the fools to vote in a flunky to oversee the tax and fees collection, promised a “new” piolice station and bought the Styron Eyesore instead and imposed a police state in which those who are connected get to violate their pretend ordinances and get no-bid coontracts.

Travis Rampage Gamble took over the title of “Worst Granby Mayor” from Craig Hopper. But as a srupid drunken asshole he let Crooked Evil Awful Ass-Clown Ira Hawkins pull his strings, having a “bromance” with Chadifer Sexton-Meercat #3 Heyworthless of the Newton County Fake-Douche as a press agent to help cover up and an idiotic and thieving City Council to rubber-stamp his idiotic and corrupt tyrannies he is succeeded in that title by Crooked Ira, whose goals is to bring in new corrupt people from outside Granby and have the current inbreds pay for it. Thus the only logical step will be to take the “Purcell Option” of having an outside state audit, fire Fattt Lawna Price and Jim Channel and a few others, and simply get Granby out of the utilities business by selling the water & sewer to Missouri American and the natural gas to a supplier and returning law enforcement back to Newton County, dissmissing the municipal cash-register kort, and letting the People of Granby live in single-wides for a period of renewal and regrowth.

Crooked Ira appointing this drunken stupid evil power-mad asshole to the TIF Bored didn’t work out any better than appointing Fattt Lawna’s Lustful Meercat did. Upon being out of power for 18 months T-Rampage couldn’t stop being a drunken stupid power-mad asshole as was caught on video by myself and so he had to resign.

The latest eppysode in which Mayer Crooked Evil Ira as Boss ZOG appointed yet again his butthole buddy T-Rampage didn’t work too well. Not wanting to work real hard as it cut down on its drinking T-Rampage was hired without any City Council approval as required. When Pfat ‘Jackass’ Kelly was voted out and Doreen Clause installed to my lawful City Council seat, Pfat Jackass Kelly begged for the new City Council to not give T-Rampage the axe. It took the better part of two months but this terminally drunk stupid asshole is finally going to get unemployment, having likely been fired from his Joplin job.

There are a few of T-Rampage Gamble’s friends left who will stick by him. And let me say that T-Rampage Gamble isn’t Crooked Ira’s level of evil anymore than Orc #666 who is overseeing evil things win the wilds of Middle Earth is on the same moral level as Sauron.

North Ward Granby City Council-woman Jamie Arnall had no part in keeping myself from the “secret private meeting” held by the She-Mayoress Lawna “Lawna Peeg” Price and Mayor Crooked Evil Awful Ass-Clown Ira Hawkins with Barry Flint & Sarah Jones to divert Covid Relief Funds to their friends at the work-meeting of 22 Feb 2022.

When I was finally let in after the “secret private meating” by them letting in South Ward Council-Criminal Pfat “Jackass” Kelly who while voting as told on this matter, Jamie Arnall entered a few minutes later.

The vote was 4-0 at the 22 Feb 2022 meating for setting aside up to 20% of these Covid Relief funds on the Mayor and Council-Critters’ friends as opposed to spending it for water and sewer infrastructure and the Granby Piglice State piglice were present to stifle dissent from myself as has happened quite a bit before. [Mis]Representative democracy is the most corrupt form of government and using the Granby Police Department — another thing brought to Granby by Barry Flint — has nothing on Saddam Hussein and Vladimir Putin who at least sometimes could be relied to look after their People.

Let me state I do not find Jamie Arnall corrupt. She is foolish and enables this Granby City Council Corruption as she overlooks the refusal to allow myself to have my South Ward City Council seat in favor of Crooked Evil Ira Hawkins’ baal-priest walk-on council-criminals and the use of Granby Police to stifle dissent. She is the Snow White on the Granby City Council of scruffy thieving trolls.

If this continues, any outside funds will be wasted on graft and kickbacks. The water and sewer system will continue to decay and be replaced by debt. And anyone stupid enough to vote in 2.6250% sales tax will find out that they get nothing for the [ab]use tax just like the TIF taxes of 1998.

Again, having secret meetings to which dissent is disallowed in order to divert public funds to select private use is a sure sign of corruption. It is also known in political “science” as “fascism.” As populist icon Huey Long of Louisiana said when asked whether fascism would cum to Amerika, said that it would but would be called “anti-fascism.”

I told Jamie Arnall that I would be posting this to Granby UnCensored to make it quite clear that she neither attended this “secret private meating” nor while she knew about it kept the Council Chambers locked up until Pfat Jackass Kelly was let in and I slipped in as well behind the regrettably not-r.u.n.n.t.-o.v.e.r. jackass of the Kelly bunch. This is a violation of the Missouri Sunshine Act and thus the vote should be overturned.

The Dec. 2021 City Council Meating could best be described as “Chickens are cum-cumming home to roost.” They admitted that they should have patched up the sewer and water leaks before going $3.2 million into debt. You admitted to logging off the Granby ball park. By default the Granby Cemetery Board is going to have to fend for itself. And the only options for getting out of this mess is getting the Granby retarded voters living with decayed infrastructure is for them to foolishly give you Granby Council-Criminals and employees who will not work yet another $100-200 thousand in [ab]use sales taxes taking 2.6250 percent on their Internet purchases which will not help a single one of Granbys’ current merchants.

Granby & Eastern Newton County’s On-Coming “New Normal”

(As opposed to the St. Louis Covid-19 Season One The Walking Dead hotspot which I seen yesterday)

There has been a big jump in these ZOG-virus infections (which are relatively benign) here in Newton County. Since you are going to get it anyway — and you likely will unless you become a hermit — it would be best to get it when you are in good health and the sun shines during the late spring. That way you might have some immunity before a new & improved ZOG-virus is unleashed, like the current one in September just in time for the [s]election. Think of the electorial process as Granby writ large on a National scale where they run someone that the Deep State people know won’t be around like Ashley Edgemon so that they can appoint one of theys meat-puppet meercats or simply leave the South Ward open or to run #SenileJoe Biden so that he can croak and we get CrookedHillary or some affirmative action pick female who will further finish off a bankrupt and corrupt regime. There isn’t much difference between how Granby and the District of Corruption is run. Both bankrupt and wanting to pile on the debt which cannot be paid back ever over a declining population as the infrastructure decays then collapses.

I took Roxie Fausnaught up to St. Louis yesterday to see her cancer doctor and he decided to simply keep her rather than have her make the 300 mile trip again. But this was an inner-city major hospital and majority black and unlike here in Newton County EVERYONE was wearing a paper mask and having to get their temperature checked and answer where they been and who they seen in the past two weeks. St Louis has over 600 of the 900 deaths of Missouri. I was told that I wouldn’t be allowed to visit Roxie so I left her there for her treatment. In normal times there would be all manner of delay. Now they want to simply collect the VA payments from Roxie at the highest possible government expense. With this virus the incompetence and stupidity of the entire System seems to be working to my advantage for once.

So to me I’m thankful for the beloved Certificate of Vaccination – 2019 (Covid-19) ZOG-virus and hope to get it just in time while Roxie is in the hospital to help beat back the soon-to-come new&improved ZOG-virus 2020. I asked a homeless man for directions in downtown St. Louis and they all got it and are running around begging for money out in the sunshine as opposed to getting it over at Wally World like everyone else here in Newton County.

Where Newton County is getting the delayed ZOG-virus 2019 model is at the Walmarts and big box stores — where we all go to shop. Now in St. Louis everywhere the normal population isn’t wearing masks. The streets and businesses in downtown St. Louis, especially in the Bosnian ethnic section were a lot less busy than normal — the homeless were not wearing masks. But around the major hospital it looked like Season One of The Walking Dead — everyone in masks and majority non-white. Which makes sense because the very first episodes involved a deadly plague which kills 90% of the population and turns them into zombies in Atlanta. The St. Louis demographic isn’t much, if any, different.

So for those of us desperately wanting to get back to “normal” there is none such. All the ZOG-virus-19 did was to allow the she-mayoress and City Council to fort up in City Hall and to hoover up what little ZOGbux was left in the petty cash drawer. They certainly showed us all that it doesn’t matter what the 1000 voters in the South Ward (as opposed to the 400 voters in the North Ward) might want insofar as fixing the infrastructure is concerned — they will deliberately force someone who knew that he wouldn’t be around to take the office to run against the known “white supremacist” who ran solely on the “fixing up Granby ourselves” platform, not any other issues although to partisans of those who need termination from City employment on the grounds of incompetence & thievery would lie differently. You voted for imcreased taxes building up buildings for public day-care/education and yet, want to keep these glorified day-care centers closed because your particular offspring might catch a ZOG-virus which so far amongst our particular demographic (which for some reason I think is “superior” but then again I have my own peculiar beliefs) has largely killed only the very old and sick who in normal times would be dead within a year of something or another anyways.

I was running for school board as well. My recommendation would have been to close the schools for spring vacation to get the oldsters and dying anyways under quarantine and then after the week was over to keep the schools open. I would have voted to allow those who wanted to keep their children home to do so, to enable home schooling, but to let the vast majority of children to have something to do be spent in acquiring what passes for education in these parts. But I would not add further building to creating expensive buildings and facilities to prop up a failed system which will remain vacant once a second wave of 2020 ZOG-viruses returns. I came in dead last as usual, but at least for East Newton the situation isn’t as dire and there were plenty of other mediocre candidates promising the usual panaceas.

In Granby it was only some foreign woman without any agenda other than wanting power over others and her name and face on TV for running a “town improvement committee” who ran unopposed for the North Ward. The South Ward had the City Council’s Manchurian Meercat who had no intention of facing the consequences of his votes or staying in Granby to help pay the increased taxes and utility fees he brought about (which he never paid anyways but his Church did) versus the “white supremacist” who wanted to repair his town at a cost we could afford. The Granby City Hall culture is so toxic that I could not find reform candidates this year so I filed six days before the end of filing season on 15 January and at the 11th last minute Ashley Edgemon filed at 4:49 pm on 22 January 2020. The plan was to have Ashley Edgemon win and then have the Granby City Council replace him with someone they could appoint. Right now the South Ward City Council seat is vacant because they can’t find a suitable meat-puppet wanting to have a part in federal civil litigation. So much for “representative democracy”. Granby Missouri has rather proven that it is no longer able to govern itself. If we simply cannot fix up our own infrastructure ourselves but rather as having home rule all we can do is to enrich connected contractors at tremendous expense going forward, far better that Granby be dis-incorporated, that the municipal corporation charter be revoked and that those functions devolve to Newton County, which while corrupt itself, has fewer of the personal animosities rife in Granby and that we as former citizens of a failed town have the lowest taxes and utility bills possible.

What I see is myself filing some paperwork to Jefferson City or before the federal district court, some more rats leaving the sinking U.S.S. Granby Tit-antic, and an eventual failed city no longer able to keep up appearances.

As a community we will have to fix or repair our common infrastructure ourselves but where that fails then the default position will be every man for hisself. What we dare not do is to lay in taxation treasures from our own pockets where rust and moth and City Hall thievery doth corrupt.
