Thieving addlepated Granby council-criminals applies 'windfall' to gas fund debt

by Chadifer Sexton Meercat 3/Heyworth(less)

The Granby City Council-criminals on Tuesday approved using a recently discovered "found-money" windfall to help the city's gas fund pay back money borrowed in recent years to keep it afloat. Neither the idiot thieving couincil-criminals nor the putative drunken Meyer of Granby Travis 'Caligula' Gamble even were aware that this money was held in reserve pending full payment of the gas bond and thus when the bond was paid off the reserve was refunded. These criminals who are unaware of how to run a business, much less the public business of a municipal corporation, promptly treated the refund as a slush fund in order to steal for purposes of graft and kickbacks.

Aldermen, rubbing theyz' little thieving paws in glee, promptly approved a scheme / plan to apply the $63,102 held in reserve by the bondholder toward what the gas fund owes the street fund thus facilitating eventual payments into their own pockets. The agreement was part of a larger plan to pay back money borrowed at the end of 2015 by the crooked Meyer & Council-Critters to meet the gas-bond due by Dec. 31, 2015 in monthly payments due [to be paid] in full by April 2019.
